Run?
Today was not so great. Well, actually, it was a great day, but my run was not good. The baby has been up lots the last 3 nights so I’m down on sleep. I realized after my run that I hadn’t actually eaten all day. My run was horrible. I had to back down to 4:2 sets which is disappointing. I had run 5:1 sets and felt pretty good. I’m so close to being able to run 30 minutes… Now I’m signed up for a 5K in about 2 months and I really need to get moving. I’m trying to focus on the positive… I got out and got moving which is better than I got the last few days.
