I realize that getting good strength training sessions might be difficult to fit in since I’m trying to train for this 5k and need to run most days. So… I’m going to do a little routine of 10reps every day. I can fit that in here and there since some of the moves I’ll use the baby for resistance. Not ideal, but mejor que nada!

I still ran my 5:1. I hope to just run more and more as I prep for the 5k. The ‘program’ I found is a 6 week one… 5k isn’t for 8 weeks but I figured I’d miss a few work outs… here goes!
