Hallelujah! All praise to sports-gear engineers!
I am an Enell convert. Never before has running been so comfortable. I might be naming our next child Enell. Hallelujah, Amen!

I ran 1 mile on the treadmill the other day at 12min/mile pace. So today, I started out with the girls and I thought “run up this first hill, then walk if you need to.” But I kept running. Then I thought “I’ll run to this intersection, then take a walk/break.” But I kept running. Then I thought “get to your 1 mile mark, check your watch, take a break.” But I kept running. And I kept running. And I kept running until all the sudden, we were at the park! TWO MILES later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I haven’t run 2 miles in I don’t know how long… probably 4 years or more. And, I paced out at an 11 minute mile which isn’t the slowest I could go! I feel amazing! My legs were tired, but not shot. I kept my breathing under control. I can’t believe I did it!
I have 1 more 2 mile run before I increase my distance. It hit me today, I WILL be able to run this 5k in October!!
