Hey thanks for your comment. I AM freaking out a bit about the 5k, 10 days left. I am sure that as it gets closer, I will get even more crazed. I don’t like not having control, and I have no control over how it is going to turn out. I just have to ice the knee, massage the shins and keeping running at a slow pace. From all the comments that I received, almost EVERYONE said that the key is to pace yourself.
