Run - 2.25miles

I just can’t believe I’m running over 2 miles now.  I’ve only been able to run again for 8 weeks… your body really can recover lost fitness quickly if you make it a priority.

My sister-in-law told me she thinks she’s addicted to running.  I know how she feels!  Yesterday was a rest day and I didn’t want to take it.  I missed my run!  She just completed a 1/2 marathon.  I was getting inspired but realized today that long-distance running will be a bit down the road for me.  The girls will only sit in the stroller for so long!!  I don’t think they’d take well to 2 hours =)
