Tri training for a mom?? Need suggestions Please!
I’m trying to complete a mini-tri in May ‘09. I’ve looked up a bunch of training plans but I’m not finding anything that is feasible for me as a Mom. Most plans set up am and pm work outs or hours/day. Most days, I have about 30-45 min for cardio and then get in strength after the kids go to bed. Any suggestions?
Could I take the trainings and maybe do 1 bike, 1 run, 1 swim each week then do a long “combined” session on the weekends and still compete???
