I’m going to just log this as one event each time and alternate how I record it. It’s too much of a pain to log my 5min of flex and 5min of strength!

Oh I didn’t feel like running today! I actually went a bit too late, the girls were pretty fussy at dinner since we normally eat at 6:30 and we were playing at the park at 7, but I did it. I increased my distance today. 2.5 miles. Not too bad!
I love how my training schedule calls it “run x distance easy.” I know it means an easy pace, but it tickles me that the word is easy!!
