Worked out a quick routine - squats with bicept curls, lunges with kick-backs, plie with arm pulls and 4 standing abs. Did 20 reps of each (or 10 on each side). Fast but hopefully I can fit it in more consistently. I’ve hit a weight plateau again and am trying to bump up my exercise but am having a hard time fitting it in. Ugh.
