stability ball - chest/arms/back/shoulders/abs
All pretty difficult moves. 10 reps each. Not very motivated at home. need to get back to the gym!
I was so excited to be back in the pool on Monday but then someone hit my car and well, I’ve been stuck at home. It’s been too cold to run. I’m sure I’m a wimp, but -5F is painful. It’s supposed to warm up (warm, 15F, ha). Hopefully tomorrow I’ll get back to the gym or at least out for a run.
