			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Went for a quick run today.  A slow, easy pace with the hubby.  It was cold (about 30) and so I had my first run in the cold practice.  I&#8217;ve decided I need to learn to run in the cold so I can run when I&#8217;m back in AK but can&#8217;t make it to the gym.</p>
<p>So&#8230; a hat and light gloves today.  Think I&#8217;ll wear my ski-mouth-mask-thing next time until I can warm up my lungs.  Also had on my HH thermals with running-capri and shirt over.  Any colder and I&#8217;d like my perfrom fleece too.  Also need warmer shoes/socks.</p>
