I’ve been trying to go work out in the morning before the kids are up. Sometimes it doesn’t work out and on those days, I’m a bear. Am I becoming a gym-junkie? Any other moms find they are MUCH better moms after a good sweat session? I just find the demands of my little ones seem so much more manageable and reasonable if I’ve had a chance to work out.

Worked out a quick routine - squats with bicept curls, lunges with kick-backs, plie with arm pulls and 4 standing abs. Did 20 reps of each (or 10 on each side). Fast but hopefully I can fit it in more consistently. I’ve hit a weight plateau again and am trying to bump up my exercise but am having a hard time fitting it in. Ugh.

I ran 5.7 for 3 min then 6.2 for 1 min until min 15 - I ran 6.2 for 2 min then 6.0 for 3 min. It was easier than I thought and I’m looking forward to the next speed intervals!
